
The Chinese Cultural Foundation has successfully provided a series of cultural and educational programs entitled: "The Spirit of Chinese Culture" which highlights the greatest living Chinese artists who, through their achievements, are helping to build a better understanding of Chinese culture around the world.
As part of our Enduring Legacy series, the Chinese Cultural Foundation co-produced a documentary film: The Art of Mu Xin commemorating the World Economic Forum China Business Summit.
Mr. Fujisawa (right in the center), President of the NHK General Bureau for America, the leading Japaness broadcasting corporation, conducted a execlusive interview with renowned Chinese artist Mu Xin at his residence in Queens. The film was presented to 500 international participants of the the World Economic Forum and was shown at the Gala Dinner at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing.
Celebrating the Life and Art of Chen Chi
The Chinese Cultural Foundation held a special reception and exhibition “Celebrating the Life and Art of Chen Chi” which was co-hosted by Bailin Zheng, General Manager of the Bank of China, at the Bank’s US headquarters in New York City.
Chen Chi was honored by numerous dignitaries, and received written salutations from World Bank President, James D. Wolfensohn and New York City Mayor, Michael R. Bloomberg:
"From China to New York City, people throughout the world have enjoyed your beautiful paintings. Your ingenuity and amazing watercolors have inspired gernerations of artists, and your paintings of New York City's great treasures, including the metropolitan Opera House and Central Park, are especially meaningful to our city."

Celebrating the Life and Art of Mu Xin
The Chinese Cultural Foundation and Bank of China co-hosted a special exhibition at the Bank of China's headquarters in New York City.
Mu Xin, is known as one of China’s most significant artists, writers and poets. More than 200 business, diplomatic and cultural leaders attended. A presentation was made by Mu Xin, with additional comments by Ambassador Wang Guangya (on the left), Chinese Ambassador to the UN, Bailin Zheng (on the right), General Manager of the Bank of China, and Elizabeth B. Wang, President of the Chinese Cultural Foundation. New York City Mayor, Michael R. Bloomberg, in a written salute stated:
“We pay tribute to this amazing artist, Mu Xin. I recognize the Chinese Cultural Foundation for making this evening’s event possible. You have played an important role in maintaining our City’s cultural vitality.”

The Enduring Legacy program celebrates those extraodinary individuals who have contributed so much to the betterment of society in art, business, government and many other fields. Through these muti-media documentaries, we are able to pass on to future generations the lessons these individuals can teach us and the inspiration they can provide through their personal examples of achievement and to encourage people to do more, to become more and to dream more.

Beyond East and West - Zhiyuan Cong
The Chinese Cultural Foundation and the Permanent Mission of the People's Republic of China co-sponsored an exhibition entitled: “Beyond East and West” at the United Nations.
This event was held at the United Nations in New York City with an opening reception hosted by Chinese Ambassador Zhang Yishan (top left and lower second). More than 300 cultural, diplomatic and business leaders attended, including Ambassador Chen Jian (lower right), Under-Secrtary General of the United Nations and Yue-Sai Kan (top center).
"Professor Zhiyuan Cong's artworks embody the United Nations's spirit. As the title of this exhibition which reflects and transcends the West and East. It represents a growing awareness of the importances of art and culture in bringing people from all nations closer together."

We believe that culture plays a significant role in building social and political stablilty and creating economic prosperity.







The Enduring Value of Chinese Culture - Lectures
As part of the Chinese Cultural Foundation's cultural and educational programs, we provide special lectures to cultural and acdemic institutions, universities and internaional business forums.
