  Gala Dinner - Celebrating the World Economic Forum - China Business

          Summit with Special Exhibition of the "Rare Birds of China"

The Chinese Cultural Foundation with CITIC Industrial Bank and Anda Resorts co-sponsored this special event celebrating the World Economic Forum China Business Summit. 

 

The highlight of the evening was the exhibition of the "Rare Birds of China" collection accompanied by an exclusive NHK screening of the 32 individual birds and a live Chinese classical music performance.

 

John W. Allen, Trustee of the Chinese Cultural Foundation deliveried New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg's Congraltulations Message, Jose-Maria Figueres, CEO of the World Economic Forum acknowledged China's environmental and conservation efforts. A presentation was made by the Chinese Cultural Founation to honored guests in recognition of their contributions and leadership in culture, environmental protection and conservation.

More than 300 distinguished guests from the Chinese government, City of Beijing and business, culture and environmental institutions joined with leaders from the World Economic Forum, the Chinese Cultural Foundation, CITIC Industrial Bank and Anda Resorts in celebrating this important event.
